Product Owner

Dakar — hybrid

Our products are moving faster than our ability to decide what they should become. We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of one product — roadmap, backlog, customer discovery, outcomes. This is not a user-story writing job: you will be accountable for whether the product is actually adopted, not for how many tickets shipped.

What you will do

• Own one digital product end to end — roadmap, backlog priority, outcome accountability
• Run continuous discovery and customer research, partnering with Product Design and the business
• Set service levels, definition of ready and definition of done for your backlog
• Measure outcomes on the analytics platform and manage your stakeholders

Required

• Master's degree, with at least 2 years as a Product Owner or in an equivalent analytical role
• Fluency with a backlog tool (Jira, Linear) and analytical literacy — basic SQL
